Uses / Effects :
Antidepressant- so is useful for depression, including postnatal, depression.
Relaxant and sedative- so is useful for headache, migraine, pre-menstrual syndrome, anxiety, shock, asthma, hysteria, stress related illness psoriasis.
Antiseborrhoeic- so is useful for oily skin and hair, acne, spots.
Antispasmodic- so is useful for cramp, labour pain, period pain, muscular, spasms, asthma.
Hormone balance- so is useful for hormonal problems such as irregular periods, pre-menstrual syndrome and during menopause, alopecia.
Antiseptic- so is useful for acne, sore throat, boils, infections.
Digestive- so is useful for indigestion, irritable bowel syndrome, diarrhoea, flatulence, colic.
Emmemagogue- so is useful for loss of irregular periods.
Clary Sage has a strong smell and you really do not need to use more than 2 drops of this oil
